The Main House

There are 35 single bedrooms, 17 en suite. The remaining rooms are fitted with wash basins and are within easy reach of toilets and bathrooms. All rooms are comfortably furnished but residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture to personalise their rooms. Two lifts and two wide staircases service the first and second floor.  

Bathrooms are spacious and well equipped

Rooms in the original building are comfortable and homely whilst the 7 rooms in our 2011 extension wing are modern and bright with most overlooking the picturesque gardens.

The large dining room, T.V. room and Lounge boast many original features and provide an opportunity for socialising, whilst the many smaller seating areas around the home are ideal for peace and solitude.

Residents meetings are held monthly, which encourage residents to make positive contributions to the home by exercising their personal choices and rights as individuals.

Residents’ dignity and respect is maintained at all times. Staff consult residents on the design and delivery of their care.
